– Contact us by email or contact forms

Which data do we process?

Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • IP addresses and device type
  • Data about your activities on our website
  • Other personal data that you have actively shared with us in writing, by phone or electronically
  • Transaction data (purchase date, ordered products and amount).
  • Images we capture during activities or events for use on our website or communication channels. This only happens with prior consent.

We do not process special categories of personal data unless this is explicitly necessary and you give consent for it.

Data of children under 16

Our services are aimed at young children, but personal data may only be provided by or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have collected personal data of a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete this data as quickly as possible. Do we share data with third parties?

Your data is not shared with third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out our services. Think of payment providers, newsletter services and web analytics parties. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

How do we secure your data?

We take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, loss of or unauthorised access to data. Our website is secured with SSL, and we ensure that only authorised staff have access to personal data.

Why do we have camera surveillance?

To protect the safety of visitors, staff and property, WOPL! uses camera surveillance in and around the location.
  • Purpose: Preventing and recording incidents, and supporting their handling. Camera surveillance takes place on the basis of the legitimate interest of WOPL! and its visitors
  • Retention period: Camera footage is kept for a maximum of 14 days, unless longer retention is necessary in connection with an incident or a request from a competent authority such as the police.
  • Proportionality: Camera surveillance is limited to general and public areas within WOPL! and is not applied in toilets, changing rooms or other places where visitors may expect increased privacy.
  • Access: Camera footage is not shared with third parties, unless this is legally required or necessary in the context of investigation and enforcement.

How do we handle cookies?

WOPL! uses cookies to improve the functioning of the website and to keep anonymised visitor statistics. On your first visit to our website you get the option to adjust your cookie preferences. For more information you can consult our cookie policy.

What are your rights?

You always have the right to:
